| KoolPool allows you to find carpool partners even if
you don’t have access to net as it also works on an SMS system. Your mobile
phone enables you to access and use the KoolPool system
To Find a Kool Giver
Presuming you’re traveling on route 7 from point B to point D, according to the
KoolPool system you’ll SMS Find KG R7 B D to 9845993144 (fig 1a)
The system will then send you update of the number of Kool Givers on your route,
their membership ids, and in how much time will they reach your pool stop (fig

To Find a Kool Seeker
If you’re a Kool Giver traveling on route 7, then your SMS will read Find KS R7
B D(fig 2a)
In reply, you’ll get membership ids of Kool Seekers on your route, poolstop
number they started from and their login time. You’ll also get updates of
givers who are on different routes but are going to the same destination (fig
2b)

To send a message to another member
Use this feature to chat with other KoolPooler without giving away your mobile
number.
So if you want to send a message to a member whose ID is 1002, then SMS Chat
1002
<message>
to 9845993144 (fig 3). 1002 will get your message on his mobile. Replies can be
sent in the same way.

To confirm the pool
When a Kool Seeker begins carpool with a giver, he/she must confirm the pool by
sending POOL and the giver’s ID to 9845993144. For example, if the giver’s ID
is 1002 then the sms will read POOL 1002(fig 4a). Once the necessary
transactions have been made, an update message will be sent to both the Kool
Giver (fig 4b) and the Kool Seeker (fig 4c)

To redeem the points
Every time a Kool Giver pools with a member, he gets 21 points as compensation
towards fuel expenses. These points can be redeemed for free fuel at any of the
HPCL outlets. Send the following message to 9845993144, if you have 500 points
or its multiples in your KoolPool account.

website
If you have already posted your journey in your scheduler but didn’t confirm the
pool with any of the members, please use the following keywords to find pool
partner.
STATUS LIST: This keyword will check your route, timings and status from your
scheduler and send you the updates accordingly.
STATUS LIST NEXT: Use this keyword to find pool partners for the next schedule
posted in your schedule.
